Monthly price shows the carrier's stated premium for your chosen benefit, timeframe and classification, billed monthly. Rate class indicates the underwriting tier this quote assumes; the carrier confirms the actual classification following underwriting. Exam specifies whether the carrier would require a paramedical exam; several accelerated programs waive it for qualifying candidates. A.M. Best reflects the carrier's financial stability assessment.
